How long does delivery take?
Typically delivery takes about 3-5 days in North America. UK, Ireland and Australia can take a few days longer. Kerry Designs is not responsible for any Duty Fees that may be charged if the dress is held in customs.
How will my dress be packaged for shipping?
Each costume will be wrapped in plastic and placed in a large box to ensure a safe delivery.
How should I store my dress?
Always store your dress with a protective covering that doesn't restrict the flare of your skirt. Make sure your dress has enough room on either side (if hanging up) so it's not being crushed by other garments. DO NOT dry clean your costume. Some of the fabrics used are very delicate and will not react well to chemicals used at the dry cleaners. Spot clean under the arms and neckline when necessary. Treat your dress with love and care and it will remain in great condition for every feis.
Kerry Designs is not responsible for wear and tear on the current trend of delicate fabrics against sequins. Please remove your dress between dances if time permits and store the dress till results if necessary. Kerry Designs will not be responsible for regular wear and tear and any damage caused by poor caring from the dancer/owner.
